Sherweb is seeking a Senior Marketing Partner Acquisition Manager to own our partner acquisition function and lead the Partner Acquisition Squad. This is a full-funnel growth role with heavy emphasis on new partner acquisition, conversion optimization, account-based marketing, global expansion and data-driven decision-making. You will design and execute acquisition strategies across multiple audiences and geographies, ensuring Sherweb continues to scale its partner ecosystem worldwide.
This role leads the strategy for Sherweb's partner acquisition lifecycle and is responsible for designing scalable lead and demand generation, ABM, CRO initiatives, prospect nurture campaigns, self-serve onboarding experiences, and data-informed optimization to accelerate partner engagement and activation.
Your responsibilities:

  • Own and implement the partner acquisition marketing strategy, measured by net-new partner acquisition, funnel conversion rates, and activation speed.
  • Develop and execute multi-audience, multi-channel demand gen programs across North America and future global markets, with a focus on Microsoft-first solutions.
  • Apply global market expansion expertise by adapting acquisition strategies for different geographies, including localized messaging, regional compliance and cultural context.
  • Design and implement Account-Based Marketing campaigns targeting high-value prospective partners, creating tailored messaging and engagement strategies.
  • Design and optimize conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies across campaigns, landing pages, and acquisition flows.
  • Build and manage prospect nurture campaigns that engage and educate partners at every stage of the funnel.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance acquisition campaigns with proof points, value propositions, case studies and thought leadership that influence acquisition propensity.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to align strategies with corporate priorities.
  • Make data-driven decisions by analyzing acquisition funnel performance, ABM metrics, conversion rates, and partner engagement to optimize campaigns and identify growth opportunities.
  • Drive campaigns and initiatives that position Sherweb as a preferred partner, highlighting unique value propositions and thought leadership.
  • Collaborate closely with the Microsoft Growth Squad Lead to ensure co-marketing opportunities, insights, and best practices are shared across acquisition and expansion.
Here's what you need to have and master to get the job:
  • Minimum 5 years of recent experience in demand generation, growth marketing or channel marketing.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a senior-titled role with leadership responsibilities.
  • Proven experience with integrated demand gen campaigns, ABM strategies, CRO optimization, and nurture programs.
  • Experience with global expansion marketing.
  • Strong ability to design and scale multi-audience acquisition strategies,
  • Be comfortable leading through ambiguity.
  • Cross-functional influence - able to lead without authority and align teams around a common GTM/Roadmap vision.
  • Strong data literacy and ability to make decisions based on analytics and insights.
  • Flawless written communication in English is required (French a plus).
  • Familiarity and strong interest in IT audience and IT solution market.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
