The Role



We are seeking an experienced and strategic

Senior Marketing Manager

to lead and execute key initiatives for our new business areas. This role requires a unique ability to balance high-level strategy with tactical execution, ensuring that every initiative is grounded in measurable outcomes.




As part of a small, agile team, you'll need versatility and a willingness to take on a wide variety of responsibilities. While you'll be driving high-impact strategic initiatives, you'll also support the practical, day-to-day activities that keep our go-to-market efforts moving forward--such as collaborating on sales outreach, maintaining HubSpot pipelines, or developing account-specific materials.



Success in this role depends on building a strong partnership with our sales team. You'll play a critical role in helping sales connect with the right accounts, craft impactful campaigns, and ultimately drive revenue growth.







You'll Be Responsible For:


Shape and execute go-to-market approaches for new business areas, working collaboratively with the team to establish strategies, test ideas, and refine direction as these markets evolve. Partner closely with sales to design and deliver account-based marketing initiatives--from identifying high-value prospects to creating personalized campaigns that align with sales priorities and drive pipeline growth. Support the Sales team in maintaining and optimizing Hubspot, ensuring pipelines, campaigns, and reporting remain accurate and actionable. Lead event marketing strategy with a focus on impact, not just logistics, ensuring events are designed and executed to strengthen relationships, build brand presence, and generate measurable business outcomes. Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to define focused product positioning, messaging, and value propositions tailored to a highly specific market of potential customers. Develop targeted marketing assets to support account-based initiatives, such as tailored pitch decks, one-to-one campaign collateral, and other resources that directly enable sales to win and expand key accounts.




What We Expect From You:


7+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years at a Manager or Senior Manager level, within B2B environments Demonstrated success in partnering with sales to generate demand and drive revenue growth, with a track record of creating targeted marketing strategies that enable sales to close key accounts. Hands-on expertise with HubSpot is required, with the ability to create landing pages, ad campaigns, support sales pipeline management, and reporting. Experience in B2B enterprise marketing with a small, defined customer base, or experience on a lean marketing team where versatility is essential. Solid copywriting skills that have demonstrated proven conversion impacts. Excellent communication and leadership skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. Ability to excel in a fast-paced, distributed team environment, effectively prioritizing and executing multiple projects and deadlines without losing sight of quality.

Lendesk is committed to offering competitive salaries to all our team members. This role has a salary range of $ 89,500 - $134,000 CAD which accounts for the skills you'll bring to the team, the impact you'll have on the business, and the growth you'll experience in the role.
