We are looking for an experience Senior Marketing Manager with Fintech or Payments industry experience to support our business growth in Toronto. The Marketing Manager oversees planning, coordinating, and implementing marketing campaigns for OTT Pay. This is a full-time position, permanent position.

How you will contribute:

• Develop and implement the Brand strategy and Marketing plan including campaigns, events, digital marketing, and public relations
• Manage social media presence and direct programs to improve reputation, and brand recognition
• Continuously analyze the competitive business environment and consumer trends to make strategic recommendations accordingly
• Assess business opportunities and develop marketing strategies to attract new business
• Manage a Marketing Manager in charge of Merchant Key Account campaigns

What you bring to the table:

• A university degree or college diploma in business administration or in a related field with a specialization in sales and/or marketing.
• 7+ years of experience in B2B and B2C marketing management, executing integrated demand generation campaigns, and/or public relations in a payment or fintech organization
• Must have experience within the fintech, payments or credit card industry
• Experience with digital, online and email marketing strategy, and marketing automation platforms
• Experience in trade shows and conferences and related marketing and logistics
• Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use data to inform all decisions
• Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual in both English and French would be a plus.
