As a Senior Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the execution of comprehensive marketing plans, events and campaigns for all of our Fix network business lines, products and events for the Canadian market, adapted to each region. The incumbent must have a clear understanding of the overall vision and direction provided by the Global VP of Brand Marketing, Partnerships and Events. Demonstrating leadership, strong execution and analytical skills, he/she will localize and implement programs and campaigns to promote Fix Network and its services that will achieve Canadian and regional financial goals. This includes being a brand ambassador, maintaining the integrity of the Fix Network brand and strategically positioning Fix Network as a trusted source while establishing and ensuring its status as an industry leader. He/she is responsible for ensuring a consistent and cohesive message that speaks to the entire Fix Network community.

The responsibilities you will be assigned:

  • Lead, develop and recruit marketing teams to leverage best practices and ensure successful projects on time and on budget.
  • Develop and execute regional marketing plans consistent with company goals and objectives to increase sales, brand awareness from a Canadian and regional perspective.
  • Oversee the advertising fundraising tables, budgets and media plans of several franchisees to promote brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with the communications department to develop ideas and adopt best practices in marketing and communications.
  • In collaboration with internal and external clients, develop sales tools tailored to target audiences that support the growth of the business.
  • Implement global brand campaigns in the country region, adapting them to local languages and audiences.
  • Review and oversee brand reputation management
  • Oversee the compilation and reporting of industry, market, consumer and competitive research.
  • Collaborate with global teams on digital marketing efforts as part of a larger regional marketing plan; provide content, strategy and direction for tactical execution across organic and paid digital channels (website, social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, online reputation management, etc.)
  • Execute, measure and report on the success of all elements of the plan, ensuring programs and projects are completed on time and on budget.
  • Provide content and guidance for communications to the franchise network and assist the global communications team with public relations activities.
  • Assist the global communications team in reviewing internal and external communications, including press releases and corporate announcements.
  • Manage frontline brand standards and implementation at the local level.
  • Oversee the development and activation of the local marketing plan with regional teams.
  • Develop and implement retail marketing strategies for relevant brands, including fully integrated direct marketing, sales promotions and loyalty programs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop franchise development materials and tools.
  • Manage relationships with vendors, advertising agencies and industry associations as needed.
  • Guide, lead and mentor a team of marketing managers and marketing special projects managers.

  • Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, or related field.
  • 10 years of professional experience, preferably in a retail franchise environment.
  • Bilingualism (French and English, written and spoken)
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in Marketing Management / leading a team
  • Experience managing multiple brands; preference for B2B and B2C environments
  • Demonstrated experience creating and executing successful marketing programs, including local, digital, retail and direct marketing programs.
  • Travel is required to understand the Canadian market and cultural differences between provinces.
