  • Role is located in Calgary, AB with hybrid option available. Candidates must be able to relocate if successful.
  • Estimated start Date: January 2023 or when successful candidate is found.
  • This role will be reporting to the VP of Growth.

Day to Day Responsibilities
  • Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors.
  • Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and managing all social media accounts.
  • Lead go-to-market strategy for Patronscan across all customer segments with a focus on product positioning, global sales enablement, executing lead nurture campaigns, and demand generation from ideation to execution.
  • Organize and plan product marketing campaigns from ideation to execution with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes. Report and analyze campaign performance across defined KPIs and OKRs, identifying and implementing opportunities for optimization.
  • Plan, develop, and execute growth and demand marketing campaigns across all channels including socials, SEO content (blogs, infographics, guides, and video), email, paid ads, PR, and partner marketing. Use marketing automation cloud to configure and execute marketing campaigns.
  • Measures, assesses and reports digital marketing performance for SEO and Google Analytics and provide insight that translate to optimization opportunities and strategic recommendations.
  • Collaborate with subject matter specialists, product design, customer success, business development to manage their involvement in marketing/marketplace activities.
  • Develop and maintain overall marketing budget and utilize sound marketing methods to ensure programs are implemented cost-effectively and implemented to achieve desired goals for building revenue, relationships and reputation.
  • Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals.
  • Lead, empower and inspire Marketing team to determine and successfully achieve team goals, deadlines in addition to providing coaching, training and etc.
  • Solid ability to understand market trends, complex financial data, and customer needs to help define advanced planning/positioning strategies that build value/drive growth.
  • Ability to generate market insights/convert them to a multi-generational product plan.

Working Conditions: Physical Requirements

This role does not require much lifting but occasionally when required, you may be required to lift various office supplies of up to 10lbs.
  • Motion Parameters
This role is within a hybrid working environment where you will be expected to sit or stand at a desk for hours at a time depending on structure of that day. This role can expect to include driving to and from events and miscellaneous business meetings. Candidate Profile
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in a relevant field (i.e. business, marketing, communications, public relations, etc)
  • 3+ years of experience as a Marketing Manager. Previous marketing experience at a software company is preferred and considered an asset.
  • 3+ years of experience in developing and implementing various marketing strategies.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with SEO, Google Analytics and CRM software including localization, tailend keywords, and website optimization.
  • Proven ability to build successful strategies, adapting processes and workflows.
  • Good knowledge of all different digital marketing channels.
  • Good knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices.
  • Comprehensive analytical understanding of commercial KPIs and market insights that translates to identifying business opportunities and actions.
  • Familiarity with web / graphic design is an asset.
  • Excellent creative and problem-solving aptitude with the ability to work well independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Experience designing and implementing marketing strategies and demand generation programs that have contributed to exceeding growth targets including specific experience with Salesforce, list generation, marketing automation and events.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset who has experience in managing resources and leading cross functional teams to deliver objectives.
  • Excellent communication skills to clearly articulate requirements, challenges and ideas.
  • Self-motivated and highly entrepreneurial, with a passion for chasing impactful opportunities.
  • Proven success scaling a B2B marketing program in a high-growth environment.
  • Experience in B2B marketing and experience working with strategic corporate partners to develop co-marketing initiatives. Experience in enterprise software, SaaS is strongly preferred.
  • Previous experience in product marketing is an asset and is preferred.
  • Enjoys working in an intimate team setting and has a "all-for-one, one-for-all" mentality.
