Senior Marketing Coordinator
About the Role:
AromaTech is seeking a highly organized and process-driven Senior Marketing Coordinator to play a pivotal role in streamlining our marketing operations and ensuring efficient campaign execution. This position is ideal for a proactive individual with a keen eye for detail and a proven ability to create and optimize workflows. The Senior Marketing Coordinator will be instrumental in developing and implementing robust processes, maintaining meticulous organization, overseeing complex projects, and fostering seamless cross-functional collaboration to ensure the successful and consistent execution of our marketing goals.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Marketing Analysis & Optimization:
Conduct in-depth analysis of digital marketing campaign performance across various channels, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts and provide actionable recommendations for optimization and growth.
Process Development & Optimization:
Design, document, and implement efficient marketing workflows and operational procedures to streamline campaign execution, content management, and cross-functional collaboration. Continuously identify opportunities to optimize existing processes for increased efficiency and consistency.
Comprehensive Project Management:
Lead the coordination and execution of complex marketing projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and deliverables. This includes developing detailed project plans, tracking progress, managing resources, and communicating updates to all relevant stakeholders.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Alignment:
Act as a central point of contact for marketing initiatives, collaborating extensively with internal teams such as product development, sales, and creative, as well as external partners, to ensure cohesive and integrated campaign execution. Foster strong working relationships to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
Marketing Operations & Organization:
Maintain highly organized marketing assets, documentation, and campaign records to ensure easy accessibility. Oversee the organization of shared drives, project management tools, and other marketing platforms.
Performance Metrics & Reporting:
Develop and maintain reporting frameworks to monitor and analyze the performance of all digital marketing activities. Prepare insightful reports that not only present data but also offer strategic recommendations based on analytical findings to inform future marketing decisions and drive continuous improvement.
Market Research & Competitive Intelligence:
Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, market opportunities, and potential challenges. Utilize data to inform marketing strategies and ensure AromaTech maintains a competitive edge.
Digital Content Oversight:
Oversee the integrity and effectiveness of digital content, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment across all digital platforms. While not focused on creation, this role ensures content adheres to strategic objectives and performance goals.
Qualifications:
3-5+ years of progressive experience in a marketing role with a strong emphasis on performance analysis, project management, and cross-functional collaboration.
Demonstrated expertise in establishing and tracking marketing performance metrics and providing data-driven recommendations.
Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously and deliver results within established timelines and budgets.
Exceptional project management skills, with proficiency in platforms like Asana or similar project management tools.
Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices, with a focus on analytics and optimization.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
Superior written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to diverse audiences.
Proficiency with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems).
High level of attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
