Role Overview
The Senior Marketing Associate, Email Marketing & Client Experience will be responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing integrated communications strategies that strengthen Mackenzie's relationships with advisors, investors, and distribution partners. This role sits at the intersection of marketing strategy, digital client engagement, and communications governance, requiring both executional precision and strategic vision.
Reporting to the Director, Client Communication & Engagement, the Senior Marketing Associate will oversee multi-channel initiatives with a focus on email marketing, personalization, and digital enablement tools, ensuring every touchpoint reflects Mackenzie's brand standards, value proposition, and regulatory obligations. Success in this role will require strong communication skills, collaboration with internal partners, familiarity with the Canadian asset management landscape, and the ability to apply data-driven insights to client engagement strategies.
