DescriptionOur team and what we\'ll accomplish together*This exciting role is at the very center of base management on the Go-to-Market (GTM) Base and Retention team. We strive to nurture and grow our customer base relationships to drive great moment of truth experiences, engagement and retention outcomes.As a Senior Market Manager, you will lead the customer centric strategy and execution of the GTM Base Management activities. This includes campaign generation and optimization, targeting, positioning and ongoing management of our customer base. In addition, you will work with a significant cross-functional stakeholder group to simplify and optimize the customer experience from end to end.The role includes a strong focus on simplifying existing journeys while ensuring business continuity and collaborating across various internal stakeholders to drive strategic marketing outcomes such as product engagement, revenue growth and retention. You will lead existing, and design new, strategies and tactics that aim to optimize the outcomes of our customer\'s moments of truth, increasing customer adoption and engagement while preventing churn.What you\'ll do*You\'ll design and execute best in class GTM strategy, including our messaging strategy, channel integration plans, new pricing and offer positioning, new market launches and campaign management for TELUS Home Services.In partnership with our digital and marketing communications teams to become an industry leader in crafting personalized, targeted, and meaningful engagement journeys for TELUS customers across a number of 1:1 mediums, including digital, social, email, SMS, outbound, etc.You will bring a fresh perspective, critically evaluating how we message, educate and engage our customers and work cross-functionally across internal partners (such as Product, Pricing, Base Management, Data, Digital and Retention teams) to create holistic strategies that drive great customer experiences, profitability and growth.You will support projects from end to end, taking the lead on strategic planning and development in addition to sharing overviews, performance updates and recommendations to senior leaders toassist with critical decision making.QualificationsWhat you bring*
