As a Senior Manufacturing Technician, Sterilization, you will provide critical support to complete the manufacturing process to prepare products and materials for our global customers. Working collaboratively with other groups in Manufacturing and the larger company, you will perform key duties to ensure we can meet production goals and demand. Duties and Responsibilities



Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), guidelines and/or diagrams to ensure products specifications and tolerance levels are met Set up and operate production equipment (including autoclaves and industrial dishwashers), identify and monitor equipment operation problems, and notify Facilities department as required Provide continuous improvement suggestions, and participate in troubleshooting and improvement projects Provide general support and assistance for a variety of activities performed in the manufacturing department as needed

Knowledge and Qualifications



A high school diploma, with up to 5 years of experience in a team environment or equivalent education and experience Ability to follow written instructions, standard operating procedures, and pre-defined guidelines to execute and perform the functions of the job with high attention to detail Experience in Manufacturing environment, pharmaceutical or the food packaging industry would be an asset, as would knowledge on quality systems such as ISO 13485 Ability to lift 25 - 30 pounds, requiring manual dexterity and versatility, throughout your assigned shift

The annual base salary for this job ranges from:


$56,270.00 - $76,100.00
STEMCELL determines an individual's pay within the range based on multiple factors including experience, education, job-related skills, and equity within the team or organization. For jobs that are eligible for sales incentives, the range noted above is inclusive of target incentives; actual incentives are based on individual performance results in accordance with company policy. In addition to base salary, STEMCELL offers a comprehensive total rewards package including health benefits, retirement savings, and more.
