Working as a key member of the Finance team the role is accountable for the management of Treasury and Accounts Payable functions. The role has six direct reports to manage and develop.
The Purpose of the Role:
This position requires an experienced individual with demonstrated skills managing Accounts Payable and Treasury functions. Building strong relationships with all banking service providers is of utmost importance. Understanding the variety of services offered by banks and the underlying processes is necessary to succeed in this role. Proven ability to manage, motivate and develop staff is critical to success. The role reports to the VP Finance and the incumbent needs to be organizationally savvy as this role requires coordination across all organizational units.
