As a Strategy and Operations Manager, you will be a member of the Skip Strategy and Operations team and looked to as a leader in the organization. You will build and execute core operational processes - such as strategic business planning, reporting, and ongoing business operations management - with the business function you support. In your role, you will also take up broad-spectrum special projects ranging from designing resource allocation models, yield optimization projects to managing roll-out, maintenance, and reporting on new processes, platforms and tools. You will work very closely with Senior leaders in the operations, strategic development, partnerships and customers teams to quickly understand issues and implement solutions.   • You will drive operational logistics including optimizing resource allocation across teams, measuring progress against functional goals, and assisting in key functional management meetings
  • You will develop analytical frameworks, tools, and techniques to plan and communicate short and longer-term resource needs
  • You will work with our cross-functional partners (partnerships teams, customers teams, product, finance, HR) to ensure successful execution of key initiatives for the function you support as well as the operations organization, while continuously finding opportunities for ongoing program improvements and enhancements.
  • You will help find opportunities to improve team and process efficiencies and lead efforts to scale standard methodologies across the organization.
  • You will participate and help steer cross-functional initiatives as appropriate and ensure they are rolled out properly to every team.
  • You will develop, lead & report on key revenue, customer, and pipeline metrics.
  • You will leverage competitive intel derived from the strategic development org to distil what it means for the function you support, helping to formulate go-to-market plans.
Recipe for Success
  • 7-10 years experience in the sales or marketing ecosystem and familiarity with consumer app landscape
  • Analytical thinker and structured problem solver.
  • Experience working for or with marketing operations or sales operations function with similar needs and job function.
  • Experience researching and manipulating complex and large data sets.
  • Strong working knowledge and skills in spreadsheet, database, and presentation software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfort working in ambiguity with a bent towards fast execution and iteration.
  • Project management mindset on task execution.
  • Familiar with SQL or any other form of database querying language
  • Bonus: MBA/MS or equivalent with specialization in marketing, finance, mathematics, business or related field
