The Senior Manager, Sales & Partnerships is responsible for all-bank partner engagement and the profitable growth of Scotia iTRADE (SiT) through the retail and non-retail partners, internal sales and online direct channels.The Senior Manager, achieves this by leading and developing a team of Business Development and Partnerships Managers and National Consultants, in the delivery of two-way sales referral activities (into and out of Scotia iTRADE), coaching to the achievement of KPIs, and building/leveraging of strong relationships with all internal and external partners.Additionally, the Senior Manager is responsible for supporting the Director, Sales & Partnerships in the execution of firm-wide prioritized initiatives that will directly result in achieving near and long-term business results. The individual will oversee and contribute to the successful implementation of strategic initiatives, business planning and integrated communication plans by working closely with internal stakeholders and support groups.
