As the Senior Manager of Research and Analytics Innovation you will lead a team in delivering initiatives that leverage advanced analytics techniques to resolve complex challenges in strategic projects. You will build collaborative relationships with business partners to deliver value to our organisation.

How you will create impact:

Creating plans and roadmaps for large data & analytics initiatives, following project management best practices and ensuring project deliverables are within the scope, budget, and established timelines.

Delivering and being accountable for the quality of data & analytics solutions to business partners and recommending optimal solutions.

Building and managing strong partnerships with internal business areas and external partners.

Coaching and developing your team, recruiting and selecting talent, managing and rewarding performance, and fostering an agile culture to deliver on strategic objectives.

To join our team:

You have 7 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Actuarial Science or another field related to data & analytics.

You have a post-secondary degree in Math, Statistics, Actuarial, IT, Finance or a related discipline.

You have expert knowledge in data & analytics, actuarial concepts, statistics, and insurance underwriting and product functions.

What you need to know:

You will travel occasionally.

As a leader, strict confidentiality is required with respect to sensitive matters and employees' personal information.

You will be subject to a Criminal Record and Consumer History background check as a condition of employment, in the event you are the successful candidate.
