The incumbent challenges interpretations and produces innovative analysis and arguments to regulators in support of CN\'s view. The role ensures compliance with regulatory requirements with accurate and timely regulatory reporting, and monthly Year-End Outlook (YEO) forecasts to properly drive the business within statutory constraints.
