Duck Creek Program Manager

Required Experience:

8+ Years of project / program management experience with at least 3 to 5 years of experience in Duck Creek implementations

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager with proven experience in Duck Creek Technologies to lead and oversee complex insurance technology programs The ideal candidate will drive end to end program execution manage cross functional teams and ensure successful delivery of Duck Creek implementations aligned with business objectives



Key Responsibilities:



Program Leadership:Lead largescale Duck Creek implementation and transformation programs across multiple business units and Define program scope objectives timelines and deliverables in alignment with organizational goals Stakeholder Management:Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders IT teams and vendors and Communicate program status risks and dependencies to senior leadership Delivery Management:Oversee project managers and technical teams to ensure on time on budget delivery and Monitor progress resolve issues and escalate risks proactively Duck Creek Expertise:Provide guidance on Duck Creek modules Policy Billing Claims Distribution Management and Ensure best practices in configuration integration and customization Governance Compliance:Establish program governance frameworks reporting mechanisms and compliance standards and Drive adherence to quality assurance and regulatory requirements Continuous Improvement:Identify opportunities to optimize processes and enhance system performance and Champion innovation and adoption of emerging technologies in insurance platforms



Required Skills & Experience:




Technical Expertise:Strong understanding of insurance domain processes and digital transformation Program Management:8 to 12 years of experience in program project management with at least 3 to 5 years in Duck Creek implementations Proven track record of managing multimillion dollar programs Leadership Communication: Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills Ability to lead cross functional teams in a matrix environment



Tools Methodologies:




Proficiency in Agile Waterfall and hybrid delivery models Familiarity with project management tools JIRA MS Project Confluence



Required Qualifications:




Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science information technology business administration or related field PMP PRINCE2 or Agile certifications preferred

Benefits



Compensation range: $140,000.00 to $160,000.00 per year
