We are seeking a seasoned Senior Manager, PPC & Paid Media to step in as the Head of PPC for a high-growth client in the dynamic iGaming sector. This is a crucial leadership role responsible for defining, executing, and scaling the global paid acquisition strategy across multiple competitive brands. This role requires a unique blend of strategic leadership and hands-on execution. You will be responsible for leading the entire paid media function and its dedicated team, ensuring sustained player acquisition and maximizing ROI across all channels.
Key Responsibilities
Set and execute the global PPC strategy across all iGaming markets (regulated and pre-regulated).
Lead, mentor, and grow the PPC team.
Manage and optimize all paid media campaigns (Google, Social, Apple Search, Programmatic, YouTube, etc.).
Drive growth using advanced targeting, bidding, automation, and continuous A/B testing.
Optimize campaigns for key iGaming KPIs (FTDs, CPFTD, ROAS, LTV).
Ensure full compliance with all relevant advertising regulations.
Partner with Data teams for accurate tracking, attribution, and reporting (registration, deposit, retention).
Produce regular performance reports with actionable insights and forecasts for leadership.
Evaluate new paid channels and technologies for acquisition growth.
Manage relationships with external agencies and partners.
Stay current on industry trends, regulations, and platform policy changes.
Professional Qualifications & Experience
Required5-8+ years of PPC experience, with 3+ years specifically in iGaming, Sportsbook, Casino, or similar fast-paced digital industries.
Proven track record of managing multi-million-dollar budgets and achieving high ROI.
Advanced, hands-on expertise with Google Ads, Google Analytics, GTM, Programmatic DSPs, and key Social Media Ads platforms.
Strong grasp of iGaming acquisition metrics (e.g., FTD, CPA, LTV, Retention funnels).
Experience successfully managing campaigns across diverse regulated and pre-regulated markets.
Exceptional analytical skills for interpreting complex data and driving recommendations.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.
Preferred:Experience using MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust).
Familiarity with iGaming advertising regulatory requirements across various jurisdictions.
Understanding of BI tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Looker) or SQL.
Experience collaborating on landing page optimization and funnel improvements with creative teams.
