Senior Manager Operations Excellence Reporting

________________________________________________________________________________________ Department: Operations Excellence Location: Laval, QC (4204 boulevard Industriel, H7L 0E3) Hybrid mode: 3 days at the office and 2 days remotely Type of employment: Permanent, Full Time (40 hours) ________________________________________________________________________________________ THE ROLE The Senior Manager Operations Excellence Reporting will develop a comprehensive suite of reports for store operators on the main business KPIs. The role also supports business case development of Operational excellence projects and support the operations excellence team in setting baselines and financial goals related to operations KPIs and projects. The leader for this group will drive the implementation of the new way of reporting, providing fact-based reporting that will be delivered in the form of actionable insights for our operators. (SVPs, VPs, RDOs, DMs) WHAT YOU\xe2\x80\x99LL DO

• Collect operations related internal & external data and transform it into understandable information, visualizations, and knowledge.
• Lead, prioritize and own the agenda for operations reporting and prioritization of the reporting transformation.
• Drive development of on-going reports as well as project related reporting for operations excellence.
• Manage Analysts in North America to support reporting & analytics needs for executives in operations.
• Manage the team for ad hoc reporting to performing statistical analysis to support our stores and business goals.
• Ensure the updating of financials in projects on the required periods.
• Communicate and collaborate with diverse audiences at all levels, ranging from Regional Directors to high-level executives.
• Lead, participate and overview various projects related to Operations activities and analytics tasks on basis of relevant information, put forward hypothesis, define and propose ways to document and proof the outcome based on fact.
• Ensure department is up to date on relevant technology.
• AD HOC work in any operations related project.
• Requires international travel up to 10%.

WHAT YOU\xe2\x80\x99LL NEED We want you to join our team! Here\'s what we\'re looking for: Education

• Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree or equivalent in finance business analytics

Experience:

• 5 years of experience in reporting & analytics;
• 3 years experience managing people.

Knowledge and skills:

• Excellent Analytical skills including statistical data, analysis, and modeling.
• Knowledge of reporting tools such as Power BI.
• Analysis & Scenario planning
