Senior Manager, Finance - Loyalty

The Impact You'll Make
As the Senior Manager, Finance - Loyalty, you will play a critical role in influencing financial decisions related to the PC Optimum program across Loblaw's retail divisions. Your expertise in analytics and insights will drive strategic initiatives and optimize budgets and forecasts. You'll oversee both internal and vendor-funded programs while delivering periodic reporting and business analysis.
What You'll Do

  • Serve as the primary finance partner for the retail divisional and vendor Loyalty teams.
  • Lead the enterprise issuance planning processes, partnering with the business loyalty teams to set targets, update forecasts, and identify risks &opportunities.
  • Create and present insightful and accurate management reporting and analysis on PC Optimum issuance and customer value.
  • Provide strategic guidance through rigorous analysis, enabling data-driven insights and decision-making to support divisional spend decisions.
Role Requirements
  • University degree in Business, Analytics, or Finance; ideal candidates will possess an accounting designation (CPA) or MBA.
  • 5-8 years of relevant experience within a Finance environment.
  • Superior analytical skills with a proven ability to generate business insights.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office; exposure/competency with SAP and visualization tools (MicroStrategy, Power BI, Looker).
