What is the Opportunity?
CAE Group is looking for a Senior Manager - Learning and Change Enablement to lead learning and change for the IA Practices Team. You are an expert - or willing to become one - in Annual Audit Planning, IA Methodology, and related learning globally. You are an expert in organizational change management and either corporate training or communications. This expertise is ideally complemented by working experience in a function like Internal Audit, Global Finance, Risk Management or Compliance.
In this role, you will evolve and lead design and delivery of tactical learning, communications and change plans for a group of 800 global professionals. In collaboration with leadership, you will build your strategic skills to by contributing to shaping our approach to training and change enablement in alignment with our overall Change Management strategy. This will include work in stakeholder identification and analysis, gap analysis, creating and delivering change and communication plans, and (of course) developing and delivering training in collaboration with SMEs from functions across the CAE Group. As part of our Change team, you will also support and be an active contributor to Program Change and Training.
You will leverage best-in-class change management and learning practices with a focus on driving measurable adoption of new tools, policies and practices. The role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a strong bias towards tactical delivery and strong communication skills.
