What you will be doing:
The Senior Manager, Implementation Services serves as the lead of an implementation team, which includes project managers, implementation managers, analysts and specialists. They recognize that implementations are not just about scope, schedule and budget tracking but rapidly creating value for our fortune 100 customers though adoption of our platform while creating an unbelievable client experience. Responsibilities include:

• Lead an implementation team consisting of Project Managers and Implementation Specialists.
• Works closely with leadership to determine management objectives and oversee client projects while leading the team to meet or exceed all team performance metrics and project deliverables.
• Manages the performance of implementation team members to ensure appropriate development and growth.
• Identifies areas for process improvement and develops and executes solutions to improve in areas including operations, documentation, utilization and customer satisfaction.
• Assists with review of bookings, resource usage and constraints in order to anticipate demand and assign resources to projects and billable work.
• Assists with team and department reporting and insights to support the smooth allocation of resources and delivery times of projects
• Works with sales/account teams to assist with scoping meetings, creating estimates and SOW\'s.
• Partners with sales/solution teams in positioning implementation services
• Assists with hiring, training and mentoring of team members.
• Provides management support for client escalations to drive issue resolution with members of the account team.
• Collaborates with other departments to create best practices and helping the organization scale.

What you\'ll bring to this role:

• Management experience with proven leadership skills, preferably in a SaaS company.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple programs at once, with good time management skills
• Strong self-management and mentoring skills for team members.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively as team leader in a fast-paced, ambiguous and changing environment.
• Strong verbal, written and presentation skill with ability to effectively communicate at multiple levels in the organization.
• Ability to prioritize competing demands and meets deadlines in timely manner.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with other leaders and teams.
• A positive and client-focused mindset, delivering customer results and exceptional service, while balancing the responsibilities to the organization.
• Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills
