:Our reputable Real Estate and Financial Services client is seeking a Senior FP& A Manager to join the company. The Senior FP& A Manager must be able to multitask and work under multiple tight deadlines at once, as well as excellent analytical capabilities and strong verbal and writing skills. This role is perfect for an experienced FP& A Manager looking for a challenging role at an established company.Key responsibilities

  • You will act as a critical finance partner to functional divisions (Real Estate and Direct Investments) and accounting team.
  • Prepare base quarterly forecasts and annual/10+-year plan for assigned division(s).
  • Work with closely with the Director Reporting and functional divisions to assess cash flow drivers. Gather relevant and complete data, drivers and assumptions to develop what-if scenario, financing models and perform multi scenario analysis to support operating and financial decisions.
  • Prepare board and executive management recurring and ad-hoc reporting and presentations and applicable material. Support preparation of internal stakeholder (CFO, divisional departments leaders) presentations, materials and applicable communications as related to results, forecast and budget and ad-hoc analysis.
  • Analyze financial performance of assigned division(s), identifying key drivers of variances and financial implication of business activity changes / assumption revisions and their impact on forecast and annual budget.
  • Develop overall \xe2\x80\x9cso what, now what\xe2\x80\x9d investment performance insight, investment and family office KPI\'s and other metrics and provide recommendations for budget management and mitigation opportunities.
  • Create analytical models, identify relevant risks and opportunities and create insight that will be information and decision useful to varied level of stakeholder decision making (i.e. salaries & benefits and workforce, travel, professional fees, technology costs etc.)
  • Manage financial models to support forecasting, budgeting and reporting to develop insights into cost structures to support prioritization decisions and strategic business decisions.
  • Support ongoing peer benchmarking and related analysis to help provide insights, develop top-down guidance and drive business outcomes based on performance / results relative to peers.
  • Contribute to maturing the overall enterprise forecasting and budgeting process, including supporting change management within the team and functional and operating divisions, bringing in best practices for the forecasting and budgeting processes and effectively managing timelines and expectations.
Requirements:-6+ years of progressive professional experience in financial planning, management reporting & analysis.-Real estate experience and Investment knowledge are strong assets-Professional accounting designation (e.g. CPA or MBA).-Proven experience working in a customer centric environment and thriving in a dynamic high pace performance-based culture.-Excellent modelling skills, hands on-Knowledge of accounting theory and good practical understanding of financial reporting, internal controls, financial planning, and budgeting including related methodology, techniques and procedures.-Exceptional communication skills (verbal, written and listening) and proven ability to organize and present complex information in a succinct, logical and insightful manner to both executive leaders, business stakeholders and internal finance team.-Strong analytical and quantitative ability, meticulous, focused on quality, accuracy, completeness and \xe2\x80\x9cso what, now what\xe2\x80\x9d insights.-Exceptional prioritization, organizational and workload management skills for both independent and team deliverables.-Proven experience building reporting and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (working with large data sets, modeling analysis & reporting), Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Word.-Experience with change management - able to effectively drive change across the department and the organization
