The Role





We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical

Senior Associate, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

to join our Finance team. Reporting to the

Director, FP&A

, this individual will play a critical role in supporting the company's financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis activities. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and brings a strong financial acumen and a passion for the FinTech space to contribute significantly to our strategic decision-making and continued success.

What you'll be doing:



Financial Planning & Analysis



+ Support the

corporate planning and forecasting

processes, with a primary focus on Neo's Banking division by collaborating with various department heads to develop comprehensive financial plans. + Prepare detailed financial forecasts (monthly, quarterly, rolling), analyzing variances to forecasts, and

providing insightful commentary

on key drivers.
+ Develop and maintain

complex financial models

to support strategic initiatives, scenario planning, and business case development.
+ Conduct

in-depth analysis of financial performance

, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.

Reporting & Insights



+

Prepare presentations, insights and make recommendations

to the Senior Leadership Team to guide strategic decision making. +

Develop dashboards and key performance indicators

(KPIs) to track business performance and provide actionable insights.
+ Clearly articulate financial results and

provide recommendations

to drive operational efficiency and achieve financial targets.

Business Partnership



+

Partner with business leaders

in Neo's Banking division to provide financial guidance, analytical support and drive financial accountability. + Assist in

evaluating business opportunities

by providing ad-hoc financial analysis to support strategic decision making.
+ Proactively

identify areas for process improvement

and efficiency within the finance function and across the organization.

Who we are looking for:



Education:

A university degree in Business, Finance or Accounting. CPA, CFA or MBA is a plus

Experience:

3-5 years of work experience in an analytical role, with preference given towards FP&A, Big 4 or investment banking

Financial Modeling:

Expert-level proficiency in financial modeling, including advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, sumifs, array formulas)

Analytical Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights

Communication:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly and concisely to non-finance stakeholders

Attention to Detail:

Meticulous attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all financial work

Proactiveness:

Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

FinTech Interest:

A genuine interest in the FinTech industry and an understanding of its unique financial drivers and challenges

Bonus points if you have:



Experience with SQL or other data querying languages Familiarity with the financial services industry Experience in a company that has gone through a significant growth phase
