Senior Manager, Finance Operations

Job Description

We are seeking a Financial Operations Manager to provide leadership and oversight across key financial functions. This role is critical in ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance within our financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Direct and manage day-to-day Treasury and Accounts Receivable activities, including costing and billing.
Oversee Accounts Payable operations and lead initiatives to improve processes and optimize workflows.
Administer the financial management of group benefits and pension plans, ensuring compliance and fiscal integrity.
Provide leadership, coaching, and development for a small team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
Function:
Countries & Business Development

  • University degree or equivalent, preferably in Accounting/Finance.
  • Designation of CPA title, an asset.
  • Five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Bilingual (English and French)
  • Knowledge of SAP, an asset.
