What is the opportunity?




You will play a key role as part of our dynamic Commercial Automotive Finance Products team, leading analysis and initiatives to support business objectives. Your responsibilities will include providing analytical support to the Automotive Finance team to inform decision-making, financial analysis of automotive and equipment dealer financing products and policies and creating and monitoring new or enhanced products. You will leverage your analytical skills, business acumen, growth mindset and knowledge of automotive dealer sales cycles and operational processes (or transferable knowledge and experiences to lead and manage a variety of initiatives.

What will you do?



Enable the Commercial Automotive Finance team to achieve their objectives by providing analytical support and data-driven insights to inform decision-making Coordinate and synthesize financial information from multiple sources, presenting reports and insights which meet a variety of analytical needs Contribute business and product results and analysis and insights to monthly, quarterly, and adhoc reports and presentations Lead and manage initiatives to support business objectives Research and provide information on financial results for specified products either industry-wide or internally Assist in developing financial models, analysis tools, predictive models and approaches for internal use of product profitability evaluation

What do you need to succeed?



Must have:



Ability to work collaboratively and understand business needs Strong business and data acumen; Strong analytical skills Strong data visualization skills with ability to work with data from multiple systems to provide financial insights and reporting Experience leading business initiatives or projects with multiple stakeholders Ability to prioritize, managing multiple and sometimes conflicting demands Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of preparing and presenting reporting, insights and analysis for various audiences

Nice to have:



Familiarity with commercial credit policies and/or commercial credit experience Product or Data analyst work experience in the Financial Services industry, working with Tableau Project Management experience Bachelor's/Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g. Business, Economics, Statistics, etc.)
