The Senior Manager, Quality Assurance is responsible for providing consultation on a wide spectrum of existing and emerging testing practices, tools, and processes. The role manages professionals, managers, and operational support employees to lead large and complex testing projects within the Online Banking (OLB) environment with specific focus on quality assurance and control.In addition, role conducts concurrent quality assurance and control activities for mobile, applications and desktop. The Senior Manager, Quality Assurance is responsible for CIBC and Simplii online banking QA results, defining and managing resource requirements and allocations, and monitoring quality, and promoting adoption of best practices .
