This role will focus primarily on designing better processes, documenting them clearly, and helping teams adopt more consistent, scalable ways of working. A secondary focus will be supporting post-acquisition integration efforts, including coordinating onboarding and process alignment for new teams.
This person will work directly with SVP, Business Integration and Process to turn strategic priorities into clear, actionable, and repeatable workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive Process Improvement
Own and lead cross-functional process improvement initiatives
+ Work with stakeholders to understand how things work today and where breakdowns occur
+ Design and collaborate on better ways of working that reduce friction, improve clarity, and scale with the business
+ Track adoption and impact of process changes; update as needed based on feedback
+ Gather feedback from teams to understand pain points and improvement opportunities
+ Recommend and implement fixes or escalations to reduce confusion and wasted efforts
+ Serve as the go-to resource for teams seeking clarity on "how we do things"
Support Training & Change Management
Act as secondary training lead, supporting roll outs for new processes and/or new workflows for newly acquired employees
Be subject matter expert on Impact XM processes, templates, tools, and standards
Partner with teams to anticipate resistance and help smooth transitions internally
Act as process advocate with forward thinking vision
Build Tools, Templates, Manuals
Create and maintain playbooks, training materials, templates, and toolkits for process development and integration training
Support departments to document their process and include in global standards
Develop dashboards and status reporting systems to ensure accurate project tracking and transparency
Support Business Integration
Support post-acquisition integration efforts, primarily focused on process onboarding and coordination
Build and manage integration task lists and workplans across functions (Ops, P&C, Finance, IT, etc.)
Help coordinate early onboarding and training for new team members around core processes and tools
Act as a partner to the SVP during early integration phases to support communication, readiness, and consistency
Maintain and improve the integration playbook and documentation for repeatable success

Skills & Experience:
Experience
5+ years of experience driving cross functional projects, process work, or integration
Strong project management skills (planning, execution, communication)
Proven ability to simplify complex workflows and turn them into clear, actionable plans
Ability to lead change, influence, and manage complex stakeholder dynamics
Comfortable with ambiguity, adapting as priorities shift
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with or ability to learn tools like project trackers, dashboards, and basic reporting
Self starter who can move projects forward independently
Soft Skills
High emotional intelligence, able to read a room, manage reactions to change, build trust
Ability to listen and gather feedback from teams and translate it into meaningful improvements
