The Senior Manager, Business Product Solutions is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end management of solutions using AI-powered technologies to support business growth, enhance client interactions, and optimize business and operational processes. This position supports the following Scotia Global Asset Management (SGAM) business teams including distribution channels (third-party, proprietary, and institutional), product development, marketing, finance, compliance, and operations.

Lead with a business-oriented perspective, collaborating with business and cross-functional teams to spark new ideas, re-engineer processes, identify opportunities, and shape AI-powered solutions Partner with AI, Technology, and Data Teams to ensure successful integration and effective use of AI tools and solutions Create and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap that supports business objectives and reflects market trends Manage a registry of AI use cases across all business teams, prioritizing initiatives based on return on investment, scalability, and risk assessment Manage stakeholder engagement with regular communications including project progress and value delivered to ensure alignment Monitor and report on established key performance indicators and success metrics, validating that solutions deliver measurable business impact Support change management efforts and promote AI literacy and adoption among users Ensure AI solutions are compliant with regulatory requirements, data governance policies, and ethical standards Identify and resolve potential challenges throughout the product lifecycle Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement

Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? - We'd love to work with you if you have:



Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field A minimum of five years of experience in product management for AI-driven solutions or data analytics Experience managing technology products in asset management or financial services sectors Knowledge of asset management business functions, including distribution, marketing, operations, finance, and compliance Experience with AI tools and platforms relevant to asset management and financial services sectors Experience with enhancing client experience through personalized AI or predictive analytics Awareness of regulatory and compliance considerations for AI product implementation Strong analytical, problem-solving, strategic thinking abilities, including data analysis skills Proven capability to manage complex projects, set priorities, and deliver results through collaboration across diverse teams and external partners An understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, technologies, and their practical applications Expertise in managing the product lifecycle Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams Experience with AI tools and platforms relevant to asset management and financial services sectors Experience with enhancing client experience through personalized AI or predictive analytics Awareness of regulatory and compliance considerations for AI product implementation
