Overview: The Senior Luxury Cosmetic Marketer will be responsible for overseeing all social media platforms and enhancing our social media presence by creating and managing the social media strategy and developing brand awareness for Maneuver. This individual understands the power of being connected to others and building mutually positive relationships with influencers, and the community. This individual will act as an integral member of Maneuver Men\xe2\x80\x99s Grooming. Duties and Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Implement social media strategy to grow traffic and increase brand awareness \xc2\xb7 Manage and oversee social media accounts\' branding and layout. \xc2\xb7 Administrate the creation and publishing of relevant, original, high-quality content not limited to images and videos that drive engagement and results while reflecting Maneuver\xe2\x80\x99s brand standards \xc2\xb7 Develops and implements strategy to grow qualified followers and engagements on all social media channels \xc2\xb7 Understanding of paid social media tactics, targeting capabilities and promotional execution. \xc2\xb7 Develop initiatives to grow Maneuver Men social media presence and community through internal and external influencer programs and campaigns. \xc2\xb7 Monitor trends and encourage adaption of social media tools. \xc2\xb7 Collaborate with team in the development of social & digital content development. \xc2\xb7 Analyzes and stays up to date with difference social media channels, and measures the effectiveness of different channels using social networking analysis tools, \xc2\xb7 Leads and measure success of all social media campaigns by keeping track of metrics Qualifications: \xc2\xb7 Completed post-secondary education in Marketing/Social Media/Business Development or a related field. \xc2\xb7 Thorough understanding of digital analytics and metrics \xc2\xb7 You are a marketing enthusiast \xc2\xb7 Experience working with a start-up business considered an asset. \xc2\xb7 Experience marketing luxury cosmetics an asset. \xc2\xb7 Marketing, graphic design, digital communication, sales, community management experience (combination of writing, PR, communications, and social media) is an asset. Related Work Skills: \xc2\xb7 Exceptional working knowledge and understanding of Social Media platforms: Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, Tumblr, Youtube, TikTok, and LinkedIn \xc2\xb7 Strong analytical and research skills, consumer trend awareness, and overall business knowledge \xc2\xb7 Concrete understanding of beauty, fashion, latest trends, and designs. \xc2\xb7 Impressive verbal and written communication skills in English \xc2\xb7 Effective time management and multitasking skills. \xc2\xb7 Thrives in a fast paced and goal-oriented environment \xc2\xb7 Has an eye for creativity and is outgoing \xc2\xb7 Is a team player If this is you, WE WANT TO HEAR FROM YOU!
