Together with instructional designers, and administrative colleagues and under the guidance of the Management Team in L&D, the SLC leads the course design and/or training asset development process. The SLC collaborates with stakeholders, subject matter experts, training delivery experts, learning management system experts, and support teams to determine the learning strategy, and design approach appropriate to the context of each project.
