We are a 35-year-old boutique law firm in Vaughan representing Canadian Financial Institutions. We seek a Civil Litigation Law Clerk who wants to grow with the firm. We offer a collegial work environment, full health benefits and on-site parking.

. Experience in mortgage enforcement considered a strong asset. Knowledge of Rules of Civil Procedure*.Experience in legal drafting. Excellent proofreading skills with keen attention to detail. Strong phone etiquette and communication skills. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.

Responsibilities
:Drafting and preparing correspondence and legal documents, including demand letters, Notices of Sales, Statement of Claims and Sheriff possession proceedings. Organize, maintain, and accurately file matter-related documentation. Actively manage deadlines and work closely with Senior Partners. Provide administrative support which includes (but is not limited to) completing file opening forms, photocopying, scanning and filing
