Requirements:
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
Our ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with tactical problem-solving skills and hands-on leadership experience. You'll need to bring strong technical foundations alongside an innovative mindset to help scale systems and processes effectively. This role is suited for self-starters who are eager to contribute at all levels, from individual troubleshooting tasks to long-term strategic decision-making.
Top Skills & Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in IT operations, systems engineering, or related technical leadership roles
• A background in IT studies or equivalent work experience
• Experience with cybersecurity programs and standards like SOC2 or ISO27001
• Extensive experience with Microsoft 365, including SharePoint and Active Directory, as well as managing these technologies in enterprise environments
• Expertise in managing networks, servers, routers, firewalls, and implementation of backups
• Proficiency in aligning cloud-based tools with business objectives and ensuring infrastructure scalability
• Knowledge of scalable remote desktop solutions and familiarity with leading organizational training programs
• Adept at managing immediate technical needs while also contributing to long-term IT infrastructure goals
• Technical Proficiency in Tools like: N-Central and Proxmox, Fortinet Security Solutions, Sentinel One
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks and the ability to integrate cybersecurity into every layer of IT operations
• A hands-on leader with the ability to mentor, troubleshoot, and guide the team by setting an example
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ (preferred but not mandatory)
