The Department of Public Service Delivery is seeking qualified individuals to fill the Senior Infrastructure Analyst position within the Strategy and Professional Support Services Branch under Capital Project Planning and Delivery Division.
Situated within Central Services' Capital Programs this business area is responsible for the delivery and management of departments' capital projects. Capital Project Planning and Delivery develops, implements and oversees the use of innovative project delivery and project financial methodologies (e.g. P3s, Integrated Design Planning, Value Engineering and Design Build).

Qualifications:
Essential:
Post-secondary education in Public Administration or Project Management. An equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be considered.
Extensive knowledge and experience in the field of project management, including contract and agreements management.
Experience with using technology and program systems to streamline and centralize processes and functions.
Effective verbal communication skills to effectively lead stakeholder consultations with both internal and external parties.
Strong written communication skills, which includes experience preparing and editing a variety of finished decision documents for senior leaders.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize workloads and effectively manage deadlines.
Strong analytical and conceptual skills for forecasting, problem solving, and assessing programs.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships and collaborate strategically with a variety of stakeholders.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) or similar software applications.
Desired:
Experience with project management tools and ability to apply techniques to plan and manage projects.
Duties:
The Senior Infrastructure Analyst leads and coordinates a portfolio of large, complex strategic projects, priorities and technology solutions related to capital infrastructure assigned by the Executive Director. The Senior Infrastructure Analyst manages all project communications and documentation, conducts detailed financial analyses, and provides support to other provincial departments. They also act as a liaison in the development and implementation of new policy materials and legal agreements.
