We are seeking talented and experienced Senior Human Resources Consultants and Human Resources Consultants to join our remarkable human resources team.

Required Qualifications

  • Senior HR Consultants require a minimum of 7 years/ Consultants require a minimum of 5 years of generalist human resources experience in a unionized environment, preferably in a large multi-enterprise and/or public sector organization; experience working in the health sector is an asset.
  • Undergraduate degree in human resources, or in a relevant discipline combined with a post-graduate certificate in human resources management from a recognized post-secondary institution.
  • Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) designation is preferred.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills as outlined in the LEADS in a Caring Environment (leadscanada.net) framework including a passion for customer service.

This position requires a current (within 6 months of the start of employment) and satisfactory Criminal Records Check (including Vulnerable Sector Search), Child Abuse Registry Check and Adult Abuse Registry Check as conditions of employment; candidates are responsible for any related service charges.
