Job Overview
The Senior HRBP role partners with leaders up to Senior Vice Presidents, Centers of Excellence (COEs) and business teams to design and deliver enterprise-wide people strategies and solutions that enable business strategies and objectives. The role is responsible for providing advice, guidance, consultation, leadership and mentorship to leaders and employees on all facets of HR matters, initiatives & programs, from distinct individual employee challenges to highly complex ingrained challenges. It facilitates the development of culture to enable a productive, diverse and engaged workforce, comprised of the best talent available and increases employee performance and retention to impact business performance. Partner with the People & Culture COE teams to recommend and execute programs, initiatives and strategies that promote employee wellness, engagement, enable a high-performing workforce, and deliver a consistent employee experience across the business
Follow and evolve all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner
Build trusted partnerships with business leaders to understand, identify and prioritize business requirements and strategies to build organizational capabilities and provide business voice and context to HR to create a vision for talent strategy in the business and to tailor solutions are delivered to solve the business needs
Proactively leverage, monitor and interpret people metrics to identify issues and trends in employment practices, employee behaviors, organizational change needs and experiences to coach business leaders on employee relations, productive conflict and matters as appropriate to enable them to deal with issues more effectively and proactively
Champion HR initiatives and programs that improve business performance through people and coordinate with the business leaders to ensure effective implementation of recommendations
In partnership with business leaders, identify and coordinate development opportunities for front line leaders and employees to enable business to achieve business goals
Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices, leveraging \xe2\x80\x98international leading practice\xe2\x80\x99, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement and assessing the people implications of strategic options
Prepare for different possible situations and respond quickly to leader questions, to concerns and issues, considering needs and maintaining organizational culture
Qualifications
Undergraduate education in Business or equivalent and/or PHR/CPHR preferred
8 years of relevant and progressive experience in HR or related function.
Strong MS Office Skills and proficiency in working with Human Resources Information Systems
Advanced experience building partnerships and working strategically with senior business leaders to link business strategy to people strategy
Developed agility, innovation with growth mindset and strong understanding of the business, of HR technical knowledge, HR policies, people processes, talent management practices and employment law
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills to proactively identify and assess very complex and widely varied issues, needs, opportunities, risks and impacts that support the business. Results oriented with the ability to drive appropriate solutions
Advanced data judgment and decision-making skills with the ability to take a stand, deliver effective feedback, work effectively with a high degree of initiative, independence and autonomy in very complex and high-pressure situations
Advanced interpersonal and coaching skills with the ability to work proactively with all levels of management and employees, gain credibility, deliver excellent customer service, and foster positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Advanced strategic consulting and trusted advisor skills who can effectively influence, coach, manage change and consult with senior leaders
Advanced communication skills including the ability to deliver presentations, facilitation, coaching and training
