Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and executing visual concepts and designs for a variety of projects, including but not limited to branding, marketing collateral, social media graphics, website designs, and product packaging. The ideal candidate should be able to work closely with cross-functional teams, collaborate with internal stakeholders, and manage multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines.

Responsibilities:
? Design and produce compelling, high-quality visual materials that communicate our brand message effectively
? Create and manage the visual design for all marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and print advertising
? Develop and maintain brand guidelines and design standards, ensuring that all design work adheres to them
? Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and development, to create design solutions that align with business goals
? Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from concept to completion, while meeting tight deadlines
? Provide creative direction and guidance to other designers on the team
? Stay up-to-date with design trends and best practices, and bring innovative ideas to the team
? Participate in brainstorming sessions to conceptualize new campaigns and marketing initiatives
? Work closely with printers, vendors, and other external partners to ensure quality control and consistency across all materials

Requirements:
? Bachelor\'s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field
? At least 3 years of professional experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio of work showcasing design skills across a range of mediums
? Excellent proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, and other design tools
? Strong understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and layout design
? Experience with user interface design, responsive design, and mobile design
? Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
? Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
? Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
? Attention to detail and a strong eye for design aesthetics
? Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
? Ability to give and receive feedback constructively
? Experience in managing other designers is a plus
