Gladstone Media is a boutique strategic marketing, advertising & multimedia production agency. We\xe2\x80\x99re seeking a Senior Designer to join our fast paced studio in Liberty Village. SENIOR DESIGNER The Senior Designer is responsible for delivering a wide range of design mandates in a multidisciplinary environment. Working under the guidance of the Creative Director, and in collaboration with the Accounts, Content and Production teams within a small, boutique environment, the Senior Designer will conceptualize and execute across a range of projects including branding & identity, packaging, POS, print, digital, UX, and more, for a range of industry sectors. The Senior designer will also oversee the day-to-day running of various design mandates, including mentoring junior designers and/or interns to reach their fullest potential. We\xe2\x80\x99re seeking a team player who is passionate about design and consistently raising the bar on both craft and expectations. ABOUT YOU \xc2\xb7 Your portfolio is robust and well-rounded and demonstrates a range of design concepts that include branding/identity, print and digital communications and environmental design. \xc2\xb7 You keep atop of current trends and technological developments and identify ways to apply them into your work. \xc2\xb7 You have a minimum of 5+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience as a Graphic Designer within an advertising agency or related environment \xc2\xb7 In addition to strong time management skills, you possess the ability to work under pressure & meet tight deadlines, have excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to solve problems, delegate effectively, and manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously. \xc2\xb7 A solid working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Mac OS is required; HTML 5 / CSS is a strong asset. \xc2\xb7 Real Estate / Architectural marketing experience is a strong asset.
