Dream is looking to welcome its latest Graphic Design Intern

We are always looking for the best and brightest to join our thriving community. Dream\xe2\x80\x99s Creative team is currently looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who will report directly to the Manager, Graphic Design. You will be working alongside a team of Graphic Designers on individual and combined initiatives.

Dream certainly keeps busy. We are looking for someone who wants to join our fast-paced environment to help us to develop new, creative and forward-thinking ideas to build our brand, marketing and communications platform further. As a designer, you will be interested to note that our brand identity has been favorited thousands of times on Behance, and won the Community Choice award in the global Core 77 Design awards 2015.

What experience will I gain?

Below are some of the primary responsibilities you will be taking on in this role. There will be more, but we can discuss those in person.

You will be both supporting and leading marketing and communications efforts with the marketing and creative team. Concretely, here are a few of the primary responsibilities you\xe2\x80\x99ll be taking on:

• Execute detailed and well organized reports and brochures within tight deadlines (Annual reports, Sustainability reports, etc.)
• Work with high level company stakeholders to gather and organize information and put into layout, as well as make recommendations on best practices
• Delegate tasks and oversee and mentor other more junior designers on the team
• Collaborate and engage in team brainstorming meetings bringing ideas to the table and collaborating with other members of the team

What type of experience and skills do you have?

• Very strong layout and design skills including advanced knowledge of InDesign and other Adobe suite programs
• Web design and basic HTML and CSS
• Experience with Wordpress and Mailchimp
• Strong Organizational skills and people skills
• Experience with Microsoft Powerpoint is a plus
