Job Description

Dynamic creative optimization and personalized campaigns are a norm in the current marketplace. With the amount of assets required all the way from image strategy to final iterations are way more than what was expected in the past. It helps us create great, faster content at a reasonable cost as against working with multiple agencies.

What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, art, or similar discipline
  • 3-5 years experience with design software, including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, etc.
  • Video editing and knowledge of After Effects and Premiere
  • Proven experience with graphic design, with a strong portfolio of work
  • Web assets & Google banners (All the different resolutions)
  • Experienced at developing Retail Digital Media
  • Experience in eCommerce landscape, familiarity working with Canadian retailers
  • Successful leadership within cross-functional setting
  • Project Management (from start to finish)
  • Experience with external agency relationships
  • Relevant experience in creating web banners and other digital assets
  • Experience In Video assets, CGI, GIF, Illustration and Animation will be considered as a value add
  • Experience working DAMs, DMEX, Salsify or ContentHub
What will be your key responsibilities?
  • Develop the Design Content Strategy and manage the annual Content Calendar for key Pet Nutrition brands
  • Strong understanding of the asset guidelines/specifications for Canada's Top Retailers
  • Define and follow the Optimal Product Shot strategy for all retailer content and brand websites
  • Work closely with the brand teams to understand the brand positioning, and guidelines to maintain consistency across various retailer sites
  • Efficiently build additional enhanced eCommerce product images and lifestyle assets
  • Create A++ content for Amazon product pages
  • Build Retail Digital media assets for all our key retailer campaigns (including Dynamic Creative Content)
  • Coordinate with the customer media team on assets and publishing
  • Build and support creative assets for social campaigns and any internal creative requirements
  • Manage the DAM for Canadian Market
