Senior Global Expert for Coupa CSO (2302210)

We are seeking a Senior Global Coupa Expert with extensive experience in Coupa Sourcing Optimization (CSO) to join our dynamic BASF team. As a key player in our Center of Expertise for Digitalization of Logistics Procurement Processes, you are responsible for leading the change in optimizing our tendering process around the globe, make full use of Coupa\xc2\xb4s enormous optimization potential and explore innovations like CO2 emissions impact and advanced auctioning. Formula for Success: You Will\xe2\x80\xa6

• Coaching our key users and users in all regions on improving their understanding and daily usage of CSO.

• Representing BASF towards Coupa and other major companies who are using the system to gain and share best practices and shape the industry standard.

• Using your scientific and analytical knowledge to design and further develop individual tailormade tendering templates that fulfill the user\xe2\x80\x99s requirements to the maximum and improve our negotiation results and consistency of CSO usage.

• Extensive training documentation and guidelines on CSO usage which are regularly checked as an expected outcome of your everyday doing.

Qualifications

Ingredients for Success: What We Look for in You\xe2\x80\xa6

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s or Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in the field of Economics, (Applied) Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or similar background.

• 5+ years of experience as project lead for procurement-related projects and as moderator of cross-functional workshops internal.

• Strong strategic mindset and analytical skills that enable you to quickly familiarize yourself with complex and challenging working environments.

• Very good communication skills and fluency in English.
