Ce que nous recherchons
Nous sommes a la recherche d'un.e concepteur.trice de jeu senior qualifie.e, motive.e, interesse.e a developper les 3Cs d'un jeu d'action de haute qualite et qui possede une experience significative dans la production de jeux video.
Responsabilites

  • Assister la direction de projet et l'equipe de leadership de tous les departements dans la creation des 3Cs
  • Etre responsable du design d'un dossier complet depuis la phase de conception jusqu'a la livraison du jeu
  • Entretenir une collaboration fructueuse avec tous les departements impliques dans la conception du jeu et fournir des instructions et des retroactions claires tout en cultivant un environnement de travail collaboratif ou les membres se sentent valorises et soutenus
  • Participer a la formation et au mentorat des nouvelles recrues
  • Contribuer au maintien des standards du departement de design et etre une influence positive au sein de l'equipe
Qualifications:
  • 7 annees d'experience avec au moins un titre paru sur lequel le/la candidat.e a travaille de la conception a la livraison.
  • Maitrise d'Unreal Engine 4 ou 5
  • Comprehension approfondie des jeux d'action AAA modernes et des meilleures pratiques de production

What we're looking for
We are looking for a qualified and motivated Senior Game Designer who is interested in developing the 3Cs of a high-quality action game and who has significant experience in video game production.
Responsibilities
  • Assist the project management and leadership team from all departments in creating the 3Cs
  • Be responsible for the design of a complete brief from the concept phase to game delivery
  • Maintain fruitful collaboration with all departments involved in game design and provide clear instructions and feedback while cultivating a collaborative work environment where members feel valued and supported
  • Participate in the training and mentoring of new recruits
  • Contribute to maintaining the design department's standards and be a positive influence within the team
Qualifications
  • 7 years of experience with at least one released title on which the candidate has worked from concept to delivery.
  • Proficiency in Unreal Engine 4 or 5
  • In-depth understanding of modern AAA action games and production best practices
