We focus on client adoption of disruptive technologies, technology architecture and providing specialized skills related to integration, custom software engineering, testing, application modernization, agile and more. We help our clients with the most complex projects including working in open web platforms, DevOps platforms as well as intelligent Computing and Architecture enhancement.

Your Role:

You are a Senior Full Stack Developer with Front-end & Back-end Java experience joining the team delivering transformational platforms that will combine and replace several internal systems, streamline business functions, and open business opportunities. You will perform hands-on development using Java, Spring Boot, React, Typescript and HTML.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Full Stack agile teams that focus on building greenfield platforms and existing platforms. Design the system and build robust, maintainable and scalable platforms. Develop various features for both Front-end and Back-end systems using Java Spring Boot and React. Design and create self-contained, reusable, and testable modules and components. Build/maintain CI/CD pipeline and deploy the code in Azure. Communicate ideas, drive user demos, and work with business stakeholders to iterative development lifecycle.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelors or college diploma in related field. Minimum of 6 years of development experience using Java, Spring Boot, React, Typescript, HTML and Azures for Client/ Server, Multi-tier, and/or Web-based applications. Deep experience with React version 17 and above. Strong knowledge of TypeScript. Skilled in writing clean, maintainable, and testable code. Ability to design application architecture and component structure. Strong code review and code quality enforcement skills. In office attendance is required 3-4 days a week based on client requirements (hybrid). No travel.

Nice to Have:

Knowledge of credit management or corporate lending or LoanIQ data model and standard APIs. Good understanding of UI design principles and accessibility standards. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to lead technical design discussions with clear outcomes. Experience mentoring junior developers. Self-driven and motivated to complete tasks without supervision. Strong sense of ownership and accountability. Ability to plan tasks and estimate timelines with accuracy. Comfortable working with diverse teams and stakeholders. Clear decision-making and problem-solving approach. Experience working in Agile development teams. * Ability to adapt to changing priorities during sprints.
