Atlantic Towing Limited is a well-established Marine Company with a diverse fleet of Harbour, Coastal/Deep Sea Tugs, and Offshore Supply Vessels with locations in Saint John, New Brunswick, Halifax, Nova Scotia and St. John\'s, Newfoundland.We are currently seeking applicants for the position of Senior Fleet Support Administrator to join our dynamic team in Saint John, New Brunswick.The Senior Fleet Support Administrator\xe2\x80\x99s primary role is to provide administrative support; primarily in the payroll function to ATL. Duties and responsibilities are as follows but not limited to;
- In conjunction with the JDI Shared Services Payroll Department, administer the payroll function for ATL Seafarers;
- Day to day activities associated with payroll administration, time entry, data validation and reconciliation.
- Manage Seafarer expense process
- Manage the ATL clothing and PPE process and accounts through Chandler for Seafarers and Staff;
- HR admin tasks as required; assist with policy updates, data compliance, etc.
- Proficiency with MS Office suite of products and the ability to learn new systems quickly;
- Keen attention to detail
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with leaders, staff and seafarers;
- Excel in a fast paced work environment with a continuous improvement mindset
- Excellent communication skills;
- Post-secondary education preferred.
