Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to support budgeting, forecasting, and investment decisions. Develop and maintain financial models for various business scenarios. Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management, utilizing tools such as Microsoft PowerPoint and Tableau for data visualization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze financial performance and identify areas for continuous improvement. Utilize ERP systems (such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) to manage financial data efficiently. Perform audits of financial processes and ensure compliance with accounting standards. Assist in the implementation of business intelligence solutions to enhance reporting capabilities. Research market trends and provide insights on potential investments within the financial services sector.

Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and VBA programming. Experience with databases and SQL for data management and analysis. Familiarity with accounting software such as Microsoft Dynamics GP, Hyperion, or similar ERP systems. Strong analytical skills with a focus on budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling. Ability to visualize data effectively using tools like Power BI or Tableau. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; bilingual in French is a plus. Strong math skills with a solid understanding of accounting principles. Proven ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
