Senior Financial Analyst

Job Description

This role is responsible for supporting the organization's financial and sales performance through detailed data analysis, reporting, and insights generation across dealer networks, customer experience, finance & insurance, and sales programs. The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, detail-oriented, and proficient in leveraging data to inform strategic decision-making.



YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:



Network Financial Performance Analysis ("NFP")

Analyze Dealer Network Performance ("DNP") data to identify sales anomalies, opportunities, and trends across various dealer clusters.

Support optimization of credit line usage and inventory levels through continuous financial data monitoring and reporting.

Assist in tracking and reviewing dealer financial performance against targets.

Provide analytical support for modernizing dealer certification processes.

Generate P&L insights for dealers.

Conduct financial modeling and analysis to support Dealer Network Expansion & Transformation initiatives, including buy-outs, mergers, closures, and Network Coverage Optimization projects.



Finance and Insurance ("F&I")

Assist in building business case models for new profit pool initiatives within F&I.

Monitor and report on defined F&I performance metrics for both BRP and the Dealer network.



Customer Experience ("CX")

Track and analyze customer lifetime financial value, acquisition & retention economics, and segmentation profitability to inform decision-making.

Perform customer churn & attrition impact analysis.

Support the development and implementation of warranty goodwill matrices for service.



Sales Program Reporting

Support the generation of sales forecasts and sales program scenarios through data analysis.

Prepare and deliver comprehensive sales program reporting.



YOU'LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

The ideal candidate for this role will have a natural aptitude for data analysis, an understanding of finance, be a team player and have good communication skills.

Three (3) to five (5) years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or a related field.

An undergraduate degree in finance, accounting or another related field.

Curiosity, the willingness to make a difference and desire for continuous improvement by seeking references, best practices and networking opportunities with industry peers.

Strong oral and written communication skills.

The ability to influence different groups of people to achieve win-win solutions.

A strong sense of responsibility and team spirit.

Hands-on experience using query tools, including but not limited to platforms like Snowflake and SQL (SSMS).

Expertise in leveraging sophisticated data visualization tools such as Power BI.

Knowledge of ETL tools such as Knime & Dataiku are a plus, but don't worry if you've never used them. We'll teach you.

Advanced programming skills in Python, R and SQL are a plus.

A proven ability to learn and use different information systems (e.g. SAP, TM1, Ariba, etc.).
