FP&A is responsible for planning and managing lululemon\'s overall financial performance. a day in the life:

Reporting directly to the Director, Retail FP&A (North America), the Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for creating monthly and quarterly financial forecast, developing and executing annual operating plan, and providing sound business strategy advice.

The Senior Financial Analyst, Agile Retail will be responsible for:

  • Partnering with operational leaders to support budget setting and variance analysis processes.
  • Full P&L ownership for our pop up and outlet store P&Ls, including revenue and SG&A.
  • Revenue forecasting and performance reporting.
  • Liase with procurement partners and budget holders to deliver cost efficiencies.
  • Scenario planning and impact to P&L, including participating in cross-functional initiatives and ad-hoc projects to provide financial analysis for decision support.
  • Presentation of financial outlook and results to senior business leaders.
  • Support with monthly and quarterly executive and board meeting materials and ad hoc financial analysis.
qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • CPA, CFA or MBA a plus.
  • 5+ years of progressive financial analysis and reporting experience with fast pace business environments. Retail industry experience an asset.
  • Expert knowledge of Excel is required and working knowledge of Oracle Hyperion / EPM an asset.
  • Extremely organized, thorough and takes pride in quality.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a time sensitive manner.
  • Ability to work with a large amount detail without losing sight of the big picture.
