Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain governance practices, preferably within a financial or highly regulated environment. Proven experience in process design, implementation, and optimization. Demonstrated ability to proactively identify automation opportunities and design workflows using AI tools (e.g., Gemini). Solution Architecting and Demand Management: Proven ability to evaluate business requests for new internal accounts and exercise professional judgment to recommend lean, existing workflows over creating unnecessary new accounts. Communication and Influence: Exceptional ability to explain financial risks to non-finance stakeholders and influence cross-functional teams. Experience with SAP - Transactional Banking (TRBK), S4, and subledger modules (ex. FRDP, Smart AFI). Skilled with data querying tools (ex. Big Query), specifically building SQL queries and interpreting the data for data analysis and process-related insights. Demonstrated ability to proactively design and automate finance operations and financial oversight workflows by leveraging Gemini and other automation platforms to enhance operational effectiveness. Highly skilled in Google Sheets, with the ability to effectively utilize advanced functions (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot tables, etc.) build.
