Finance Manager - Mississauga (near Pearson Airport), Ontario

Full-time | Monday to Friday - Day Shift | On-site

MANDATORY REQUIREMENT

Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics Business Central is essential for this position.

Reporting to the CEO, the Finance Manager is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating all accounting functions across the Archifibe group of companies. This role requires strong experience in multi-location and international financial management, ensuring consolidated reporting and alignment of diverse accounting systems.

The Finance Manager is accountable for managing the accumulation and consolidation of all financial data necessary for an accurate accounting of business results and coordinating and preparing internal and external financial statements.

Given the group's multiple joint ventures and subsidiary companies operating in North America, the UK, Central America, and beyond, the Finance Manager must demonstrate the ability to navigate complex ownership structures, intercompany transactions, royalty reporting requirements, and local financial compliance.

Additionally, the Finance Manager may be tasked with the consolidation of various accounting systems and processes within the overall domestic and international group of companies.

Skills & Attributes

Strong knowledge of multi-location accounting and financial consolidation.

Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics Business Central (mandatory).

Demonstrated ability to manage A/R and A/P across multiple locations, ensuring timely collections and payments. Advanced skills in Excel, QuickBooks, and other financial software. Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills. Negotiating skills are an asset, particularly in supplier, vendor, and banking relationships. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
