Job Summary/Description: Pediatric Urgent Care is a multi-site pediatric healthcare organization that provide pediatric medical services in multiple inner cities communities. We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Executive Assistant to support our Medical Director in the expansion of our multi-site paediatric organization. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, marketing, and public relations skills, as well as a degree in digital/computer sciences, project management, and healthcare management. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the implementation of new paediatric services, managing expansion projects, and hiring new paediatricians. You can work virtually and may require for occasional in person meetings with the director or visiting different stakeholders, clinics and vendors. Car expenses are paid. Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Medical Director to develop and implement marketing and public relations strategies to promote the organization\'s services and increase patient volume. Like new virtual options, ads and local marketing.
  • Manage projects related to the expansion of the organization\'s services and facilities, including new site development and the incorporation of additional paediatric services.
  • Oversee the hiring process for new paediatricians and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Maintain effective communication with staff, patients, and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure that all organizational policies and procedures are followed and all records are maintained accurately and up-to-date.
  • Provide administrative support to the Medical Director as needed, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in digital/computer sciences, project management, healthcare management or related field is required.
  • At least 3 years of experience in healthcare administration or related field.
  • Excellent communication, marketing, and public relations skills.
  • Strong project management skills and experience overseeing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with staff, patients, and external stakeholders.
  • Proficient in the use of digital tools and software, including Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
