We are seeking an experienced Senior ERP Analyst.

As Garibaldi is an architectural glass fabricator, this role offers a hybrid work model between remote, office, an our manufacturing plant. Manufacturing experience provides a definitive advantage to this position! This role is a perfect opportunity for someone who is not afraid to take on a challenge and considers themselves a self-starter and a leader. The role will be reporting to the Director of IT/IS or IT Supervisor - ERP & SQL Administration.

Key Responsibilities

You will do more than just sit behind a desk and run reports; you will help drive change and efficiency throughout our production plant and office. You will be the primary contact for implementing all new ERP Configuration and will manage the Standard Operating Procedures related to the system functionality and administer the Business Intelligence reporting & IDashboard. Key responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with various departments to identify needs and opportunities for improved data management and delivery
• Writing complex queries, views, or stored procedures to extract data and troubleshooting performance
• Creating, maintaining, publishing, and editing reports to SSRS server
• Developing complex SQL queries and reports
• Testing and validating reports to ensure accuracy and quality
• Assisting in the development and execution of test plan / implementation of post launch modules, configuration changes and service packs to Fenevision.
• Providing guidance and assistance to the junior members of the team.
• Acting as a first level contact with Fenevision support team resolving concerns with application functionality.
• Other duties as assigned by Leader.

Qualifications (Education, Experience, Training)

• Technical Diploma or bachelor's degree
• Strong working experience with ERP Software

Experience with Fenevision is considered a strong asset * 5+ years of SQL Administration experience.

• 2+ years development experience in Visual Basic.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Working Independently on above duties with minimal training and Guidance.
• Working knowledge of ERP systems.
• Strong knowledge of SQL databases.
• Strong pro-costumer orientation.
• Strong command in English and ability to establish effective and trusting working relationships.
• Strong analytical mind and decision making combined with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• SharePoint experience considered an asset
