What you can expect to do here:

• Conduct Environmental Impact Assessments: Lead the charge in evaluating and mitigating the environmental impacts of natural resource projects, especially in northern environments.
• Collaborate with Clients: Work closely with both internal and external clients to understand and meet their needs, ensuring successful project outcomes.
• Deliver Expertise: Provide top-notch expertise and deliverables, including technical reports and field surveys, that meet the highest standards.
• Manage Government Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with government agencies, ensuring compliance with all environmental regulations.
• Innovate in Multidisciplinary Teams: Participate in diverse project teams, contributing to the development of innovative and sustainable solutions.

What you'll bring to WSP:

• A strong and demonstrated working knowledge of the potential environmental effects and benefits of natural resource projects.
• University degree or equivalent education or experience in Ecology, Biology, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Experience in conducting fieldwork and working autonomously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Access to a vehicle and a clean Driver's Abstract.
